Q & A

Common questions about choosing services and preparing your project.

Want to define the right scope for your project?

Discuss your project

Choosing services

Do you test apps and websites as well as games?

Yes. We test the functionality and reliability of mobile apps, websites and APIs as well as games. For games, we focus on rewards, combat, progression and performance. For software, we design coverage around key journeys such as registration, authentication, payments and data integration.

Can we commission just one service?

QA, localization, global operations and marketing can be commissioned individually or together. For example, QA and localization can support launch preparation, followed by customer support and community operations after release. We agree on the services and responsibilities during consultation.

Should we choose manual testing or automation?

It depends on repetition and how often features change. Recurring checks such as login and payment flows may suit automation, while new features, usability and exceptional situations benefit from exploratory testing. We consider setup and maintenance costs, combine the approaches and assess whether a testing solution is needed.

Can we expect the results shown in your case studies?

Cases labelled “Example project” illustrate service approaches and how to interpret results. Their figures do not guarantee the same outcomes. Actual targets and measurement criteria are agreed separately based on your platform, current situation, scope and schedule.

Delivery and reporting

How do you define scope and pricing?

We review platforms and builds, key features, content volume, target countries and languages, and your timeline. We then define activities, exclusions, staffing, duration and deliverables for the proposal. If the scope changes, we discuss its effect on timing and cost.

When should we get in touch, and how long does a project take?

You can contact us during development, before launch or to improve a live service. Duration depends on build and documentation readiness, scope and the number of fix-and-retest cycles. Share your intended release date and priorities so we can assess a feasible scope and schedule.

How will we receive progress updates and deliverables?

QA deliverables include scenarios, execution results, reproduction steps, logs and fix verification. Localization may include glossaries, style guides and language reviews. Operations reporting covers inquiries and issues; marketing reporting covers channels, creatives and metric interpretation. We agree on reporting frequency, format and final deliverables before starting.

Working together

Can you support international or multilingual projects?

Our Seoul and Indonesia network connects localization, customer support, community operations and marketing. Tell us your required countries, languages, time zones and operating hours. We confirm availability, responsibilities, collaboration tools and reporting arrangements for each project.

How should we share pre-release builds and internal materials?

We first agree on required access and how materials will be shared. Tell us about requirements for confidentiality agreements, test accounts, permissions, retention, return and deletion. Start with a project overview; do not include passwords, API keys or actual customer personal information in the initial inquiry.

Can we contact you before our requirements are finalized?

Yes. Start with your product type, current stage, main concern, target market and preferred schedule. We can help clarify the questions even without a detailed specification. Use the inquiry form or email biz@qgamesidn.com.

What comes next? Let’s build it together.

You don’t need a finished brief. Tell us where you are and we will help you find the right direction.
